Cancellation Policy

At Bella Ranch Productions, we strive to make managing your bookings as convenient as possible through our online system. Please review our policy details below: Online Cancellations Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time may not be eligible for a refund or may incur additional fees. Online Rescheduling Clients are welcome to reschedule their bookings online up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests to reschedule within 72 hours of the start time may not be accommodated. Latest Booking Time The latest a client can book is 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Early and Late Bookings To ensure quality service and efficient scheduling, early bookings and last-minute bookings are limited as outlined above. Safety and Conduct Policy At Bella Ranch Productions, safety and professionalism are our top priorities. We reserve the right to stop or cancel a session at any time if we feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or if the environment poses a risk to us or any individuals involved. This includes but is not limited to: - Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. - Dangerous conditions that may put the crew, clients, or equipment at risk. - Violation of our policies or failure to adhere to agreed-upon guidelines. - If a session is halted due to safety concerns or inappropriate conduct, no refunds will be issued, and the client may be prohibited from booking future sessions. Property and Equipment Protection Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all production work. Any intentional damage to Bella Ranch Productions' equipment or property will result in the client being held liable for repair or replacement costs. Privacy & Content Usage Rights Bella Ranch Productions retains the right to use photos/videos from sessions for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients who prefer their content to remain private must request a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in advance of their session. No raw footage or unedited images will be provided unless previously arranged. Minors on Set For sessions involving children under 18: -A parent or legal guardian must be present at all times. -We reserve the right to pause or stop a session if safety concerns arise regarding the minor(s) involved.
